The Poor Marketer and his Keyboard
The keyboard could be the last object that could help me keep writing if I follow the assistance of AI for crafting what I take as insightful articles that I would have wanted to read for getting more domain knowledge for solving the problems I face. Meanwhile today I have considered my problems as multiscale problems and started to care more about multiscale science as I guess that most of the problems that our world face now are multiscale problems what make the study of multiscale science an important tool for successfully solving problems like climate change or who know may be problems of tax optimization for corporates and wealthy persons.
So this article unlike my three last articles is entirely written and typed by me without requiring the service of what we call large language models like gemini and chatGPT. it’s perhaps about writing a 3 minutes article about the state of my mind and my point of view of the world what may help someone like you see how an African entrepreneur, engineer and scientist viewed the world from where he stands for you to at least have the opportunity to have a wider number of sample representation in terms of geography. But from the psychological perspective you know better than me that we are having converging point of views about what happens around us how thanks to the expansion of the internet and the massive diffusion of information to all corners of the world. This harmonization of opinions and point of views is something that many scientists have been talking about by pointing this effect of the digitalization on cultures as they had saw how opinions and even tastes have been being bipolarized by the digitized world economy, it’s either white or black, one or zero. This segmentation of opinion made the fortune of clever marketers who know how to exploit differentiation, not product differentiation that you learn from you MBA courses but DIFFERENCIATION this tricky rooted behavior of a human not willing to look like others. I am not accusing Apple of anything but THINK DIFFERENT is what Steve Jobs said
Steve Jobs is in my opinion a very clever marketer who knew that we almost all want something different and often want to not only think different but to literally BE DIFFERENT. As a God believer, I think possible a world of billions of humans each different from others because I believe in God’s power of creating peace and harmony from what would have been only wars and chaos. As I have talked about the world and about God I am obliged to publicly call for His Help for us to get to a peace in every corners of the world.
As I have already talked about the personal aspect of this article, I thought that it would have been interesting to talking about this keyboard on my twitter profile that is for me a reminder. As I am a big user of twitter who is looking for his profile many times a day, I thought useful to put a keyboard here on my profile image for this picture to remind me that I should type and publish something as a contribution of world that has to be built. When choosing for a keyboard picture I picked this Microsoft keyboard not for pleasing Microsoft, a bit but for remembering at the same time my father because I remembered when I got to use this keyboard back in 90s along with a trackpad and how during those day I was using a software to learn how to type faster with each hand using the keys they should use. With this keyboard I surprised my father about my typing speed what something more interesting when your mother teach in police officers how to type faster on a typeset when computers were not so widely adopted. I picked this picture of this Microsoft keyboard for remembering my parents and for remembering that I have to seat and write something to share.
This kind of keyboard is here on Amazon if you want it for typing and sharing words with others. I prefer the Microsoft’s version because it reminds me of these past days I have been talking about but you have others brands you could pick it from.
Sharing words is easier than sharing meals I hope that someone shared a meal with you or better you shared a meal with someone like how one of my childhood friend shared a meal with me today. I hope that I will have the opportunity to share with you better than words. So I don’t have a timer, nor do I know how many characters make a 3 minute blog article but I thought that this chapter could be the last before I copy the article from this medium’s editor and paste it into a word document on my windows computer for saving it safely before I get back access to internet because when I started this article on the medium editor I lost internet connectivity but was not willing to stop the flow of typing. Now here you are at the end of this article I finally not need to take back the word version because after an hour of break my browser still opened I sat again on my computer and after a few glance of things like a book about cap tables management I decided to type again in order to get this article finished.
