The main shift from C2 to CC

Control and command was the main frameset for leading and producing things and ideas. This core concept originated from military doctrinal mindset. This decision making process is shifting to connect and create because we got deep understanding of the complexities involved in every dynamical systems, the economic and social world being one of such systems. Components of these systems aren’t isolated parts that we can bend to our desire ignoring other factions. that’s what leads military decision makers to promote joint operations knowing that the divisions and control and command concepts that helped great armies etablish peace were not relevant anymore because we just figured out the complexities arround a given battlespace. This forced commanders to considers more the relationship of air, land, and sea operations toward the end result. This shifted the army doctrine from command and control to connect and create. The same is happening to the industrial complex. It is a fact that military thinking and innovation feed always the industry. The time for isolated decision teams and processes inherited from manifacturing and at the extend from military field is over. Future great armies, solutions, ideas and companies will emerge from connected persons or units with equals distribution of power as tool to make change happen. In fact it is already happenning, we see it with all these last internet driven ventures. Now I see better and clearly what pentagone commanders named the nations of nations. They are just disrupting current nations and etablished companies and teaditional organizations. The nation of tech leaders and teachers I am part of seek and aim to make social and economic impact with tech. That’s all we had done in the past and that’s what we will continue to do because this world should be a place of peace, joy, opportunities and freedom for all human beings.
