The 10x engineer

Startups need 10x engineers or developers. One who can easily jump on a project or idea and build fastly a proof of concept that can be pushed in front of users or customers. They are not better at something but they are good at many tech stacks that they can mix to produce a well-designed frontend even if the backend is still crapy because going to market faster is key to startups. Business knowledge proved that the first mover is almost always the one who wins. While I am writing about 10x engineers my mind goes again to Tony Hsieh the founder of Zappos RIP. His concept 10x is something I am interested to run in Africa as a new tech tourism concept because you software engineers can come to discover Africa while having a platform with everything you need to do tech tasks and even profit from local tech skills.
