If we promote consumerism it is obvious that we will depend on productivism being the slaves of productivists who care only about outputting a lot of things to consume because if there is nothing to consume there will be nothing to sell. So quality and creativity go away leaving their parts to computers and plants. Volume becomes the only metric that matters and Marketing the tool for enrolling people to believe that their power is correlated with their level of consumption. Are we happier than our grandparents living in rock age?
