Lift it UP now, it’s your business
It is your business, your own it and created it. In fact, when I used the verbs create and own I use them wrongly because if this happens to be a business intended to make change happen this should be considered by you as the property of everybody who engages himself or herself to make it better. It becomes a shared interest and medium for interactions that have a unique goal or making change happen. This company that you manage deserves way more than the rate of profit or the stock price level. It is a medium for change, a medium for creativity and interactions. It is both a pointer and a compass that indicates to everybody who seeks impactful life the direction to take to get it. You are maybe not a paternalist leader but will you point a wrong direction to your baby or child.
Lift up your business! It was never easier than today to do it and it will always be easier and easier from day to day but don't wait tomorrow to lift it UP.
