As I said in one of my previous posts. I found 3 very good performing traction channels that I can use for marketing ideas, products, or services. Until I learned several years ago that distribution is the thing that makes scale-ups fails and innovation is a marketing problem, not a technology one, I am deeply thinking about how I can address these two major issues. I hopefully found 3 exploitable channels. One is tested with an affiliate product in 2015 and showed a very good performance. I put it in ‘cocoon’ while looking for others. Now working on this last channel that I discovered. It is a channel that allows me to target more than 3 million enterprises and entrepreneurs. If I was eager I would go and try as fastly as I can for exploiting these channels but I have another vision of speed. I decided to review all of them in order to know what they do, what interest them more … But how can I review more than 3 million companies and entrepreneurs? Here is where technology helps. Google already gave me the way. With algorithms, I will go through all these entrepreneurs' and companies' websites, get their textual content, and perform some natural language analysis for classifying them. It is a huge work for an alone man but computers are so performant for doing that. Once all these targets Are classified, I will be more able to reach them. To blitzkrieg them if I take some of my warfare operational Art knowledge. Yes, target classification is an important step of warfare intelligence, the field I love apart from my entrepreneurial activities. If targets are classified, you have the best insights about the warhead to use and will optimize on army budget. Let me leave this army vocabulary and stay on my current work of building a marketplace with these 3 tractions channels. You understand why this classification step is important for me because it will not only help me know how to reach better but also It can help me know how each of these targets can connect together and be participants of this marketplace that I still don't know about what it will be.
