Emotions driven products or services
As marketers work with emotions learning and understanding these emotions is a good starting point.
Olds emotions are the ones that are deeply connected to us. I mean our subconsciousness. We marketers should care about these old emotions first when we try to build and spread ideas, products, or services. I think that due to the industrial revolution other emotions are born on top of the old ones and the connections revolution with the internet and all these devices and apps revealed others and others complex emotions that we human beings can now feel. It obvious because we just extended our senses with machines and bits. But old emotions are way more sensitive than these new emotions. That’s why they are still important for marketers and product designers. Emotions are like assets, I mean financial assets, they can be correlated negatively or positively.
