What can you do to make people talk about and recommend your products? How can you embed the networks effect such that the participants will clearly see that making others engages themselves into give them more value from the products? It will be better if it is not a monetary incentive like Dropbox and PayPal did but something inherent to product like a feature that makes the perceived and real value increase while more people are engaged and making everybody do everything they can to hire more people to use your products. It seems crazy and impossible but it is possible to achieve with learning, science and experiments. Books have for sure something to do with that.
