Craigslist is the marketplaces goldmine

Many marketplaces have just exploited craigslist by focusing on one type of requested needs. They just crafted a more curated Craiglist like platform. sound simple and sound still possible for other types of marketplaces. Craigslist is a gold mine for tractions it helped so many big startups grow fastly. I am telling my self if it isn’t why craigslist is still alive even with a shit design … Craigslist adopted the freemium model where the marketplaces built on top of it monetized transactions. Craigslist is for everything where marketplaces built on top of it are for on simple need. Sometimes you have to put friction into what you build here is what would happen if listing on craigslist cost $1
